IAS officer denied to share his contact info ,decathlon refuses to sell their product....

                  An international  sports brand company 'Decathlon" refuses to deliver their product to an IAS who didn't share his contact info . Knowing the refusal Captain S. Who happened to an IAS Manivannan said  " It's illegal to deny any service if consumer do not wish to share his/her  contact info". Clearing their terms and policies company write to the Manivannan "we cannot sell our products to that customer who cannot share his contact details ". Firm added "We are directed to store contact details in our database so that we can contact our valuable customer at the time of emergency. We are binded by the our policies and the indian contract act 1872 .

                 S. Manivannan took to the matter up and stated that he will approach to the BBMP who has given the license of trade to that matter.  He twitted on Twitter " shops cannot deny the services just not  to sharing anyone his/her contact details ".He further added ".

             Mannivannan also addressed his letter to the police commissioner. Commissioner of Bengaluru police Mr. Bhaskara reacted saying that "Any person is not bounded to share his/her contact details, if anyone is seeking these information it means he is opening the door for the cybercrime". Your number might be available for sale on any website .
