Removing the doubts It clarifies , Employees from Organised and on regular basis always remains assured that they will get a fix amount after attaining the age of 58 .
But there is an unsurity among the seasonal workers.
Employee who has given contribution in EPFO with a service period of 10 years or get completed 10 yrs receives a fixed amount every month.
