A news is fflashing on screen nowadays that Govt is working on construction of Detention centre across the different states in India .Opposition allegedly saying that people who have been sorted out during NRC in Assam will kept there . When we checked the reality of this news we found that there are many inconsistent and irrelevant facts are being circulated in news. So let us rectify the situation of govt on detention center .
Q.-What is detention centre ?
And- Detention centres are those centres where person who has been guilty of violating passport laws, illegal staying ,illegal immigrant and state laws offender Housed there.
Q-Is there any detention centre in India ??
And - Yes there are many detention centres in india across different states .Assam alone has 6 detention centre .Assam got it's first detention centres in 2008-2009 ( under Tarun gangoi govt).
Q.Any other states where detention centre are organised ?
And- In 2014 when modi govt came into rule they made a call to every states to set up these detention centres ,so these are also built in Maharashtra, varanasi ,Rajasthan etc
Q.Only muslim will kept in detention centre?
Ans.As we discussed that the person who is offender of passport law,staying more than permitted time, illegally entered in india ,will kept there.So there is no any connection between Muslim and detention centres.These all are only rumours.
During discussion in parliament during question hour minister of state for foreign affairs In 2019 revealed that there are 1043 foreigners are housed in different detention centres who are booked under different act.
So if u are going to staged any act or creating mindset that govt wants to put all the muslims in bars please kindly checked the fact. Media is playing a worst role since a months.So do not behave blindly .After all You have multiple sources to check the authencity of flashing news. Remember one thing lakh of revolutionaries sacrificed there life for free india and we the youth have the responsibility to uphold the highest level of solidarity and peace in india .
