Kolkata Highcourt ordered WB to remove all ads against CAA and NRC from all public platform....

In their latest order Hon'ble kolkata Highcourt passed an order addressing WB govt to remove all ads against #NRC and #CAA from all public platform .This direction is an interim order ,court will hear plea on 9th january . 

            It should be noted that WB govt has published anti #CAA and #NRC ads  that says Mamta Led govt wouldn't allow implementation of NRC and CAA in West Bengal.

         Discussing the CAA ,senior lawyers 'Ujjwal Nikkam ' told that any act passes through the both houses have their it's legality.States govt do not have authorities or right override the law .They are entitled and bounded to implement this .So Mamta Di is just fooling the people saying that then won't allow CAA in WB.
